We hope you enjoy your Nakoa purchase. However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to exchange or return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
Refund Method for Returns with Original Receipt
If you paid with Money Order or Cashier Check, your refund will be a Check.
If you paid with Credit Card or Debit Card or PayPal within 60 calendar days, your refund will be Same Card or Same PayPal account. Otherwise you refund will an our business check.
Special Order/Custom Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt. Pre-Paid Cards such as Gift Cards are non-refundable, and cannot be returned or used to purchase other gift cards. Special terms and conditions are included with each card.
Nakoa reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on case-by-case basis.

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Nakoa reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request identification as a condition of return or exchange.
Silver Jewelry, Titanium Jewelry, Tungsten, Koa Wood Jewelry, Sunglasses and Watches: 14 Day Return Policy with Original Invoice. To help facilitate the return, mail back your original invoice and gift box(or other accessories) for all exchanges, returns.
Silver material, Titanium material and Tungsten material including other material inlaid products, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after received the package with Original invoice, in original packaging with original gift box. A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied if missing packaging or gift box. This applies to all of Nakoa's products.
